昨日の日記で、チェンマイで作られている“うさと”の洋服について書いたばかりですが、

なんだか、そんなタイミングで来年２月、チェンマイに行こうとしている・・・！！

タイ国です！！

 

マイングフルネスを知るきっかけとなった長崎のYOGAの先生が、

誕生日の日に、突然チェンマイでのマインドフルネスリトリートの案内をしてくれて！

 

nao的【マインドフルネスとは】

瞑想や、日常生活、YOGA等を通して、自分の内面を“ただありのまま”に観察し、

“いま、ここ”  で何が起こっているのか、を感じる。

日々の中で行うことで、自分の心・からだがよりクリアに見れるようになり、

感情に飲み込まれることが防げたり、判断がすっきりとできるようになる気がします。

過去と未来、後悔・不安にばかり思考が向いていることが多いなあと＞＜

 

元々仏教の瞑想法から生まれたもので、仏教の宗教的な要素を抜いたもので

脳科学的にも効果が証明されているそう。

Googleの社員研修として取り入れたところ、仕事効率の向上が見られたので、話題になり、

今は、本もたくさん出ているし、カウンセラーの方やYOGAの先生も取り入れていますね〜。

 

２泊３日のリトリートinチェンマイはメニューとして、

YOGA・歩く瞑想・食べる瞑想・座る瞑想　等々

そして前後は、チェンマイ散策〜♪

とっても魅力なのは、マッサージやハーブ・薬草等が豊富で、

マンドフルネスのルーツのヴィッバーサナ瞑想も文化としてある地域だそうです。

 

 

お金が〜とか、仕事休めるかな〜とか、飛行機乗り換えできるかな〜とか、

決めかねているけど、

今の私の気持ちは・・・行ってみたい！！！
